P&G Business Solutions, LLC base in Tempe, Arizona, our firms has grown to incorporate business associates within Arizona, California and El Salvador.  Our team provides a variety of services from Business Consulting / Coaching, Outsource Accounting, Business Planning & Marketing & International Business Consulting.

Firm’s Founder, Elmer D. Portillo has a Bachelor degree from the University of California, San Diego, UCSD.  After graduating from UCSD, Elmer  held various management position at Law Corporations in San Diego, California.  There after moved onto work for General Electric for 6 years.

While at GE, Elmer acquired Six sigma training and certification.  GE provided the education and training to move on and create P&G Business Solutions, LLC.   Elmer has an entrepreneur spirit that has lead him to create various successful startups, along side P&G Business Solutions, LLC.

Carlos C. Gomez is co-founder.  Mr. Gomez lives and works in San Salvador, El Salvador.  Mr. Gomez has the following degrees.  Master in Business Administration, Master in Business Finance, Certified Public Accounting.  Besides having his own Auditing firm for over 30 years, he also teaches at the University of El Salvador.  Mr. Gomez has been teaching at the University of El Salvador for over 10 years.  Mr. Gomez is the recipient of multiple international awards for his Auditing and Business Experience.

Mr. Gomez is also a member of Nexia International, representing clients all over Latin America and Europe.  Mr. Gomez is well respected in various fields as an auditor, professor.  He brings talented expertise from the business realm in Latin America.
